What is so special about it?
As a heart coach (NLP certified) who has overcome over 10 years of bulimia and emotional eating thanks to developing some habits to connect to my heart and facilitated over 100 heart led spaces, I will support you in stop overeating, getting back to eat in an intuitive way, nourishing your body by facilitating deeply personal program so that you establish the habits that work for you to connect to your heart being able to understand your needs and manage moments of food cravings
It includes all my learnings, tools, and experiences that supported my personal healing journey
12 online 1:1 sessions via Zoom, lasting 90 minutes each, scheduled weekly over a 3-month period, we will adapt them to your individual situation
Additional guidance for integration into daily life, incorporating tools like journaling, meditation, and conscious dance.

Before I started working with Kendra, I was experiencing overeating almost every day, which made me feel stressed, worried and sad at the same time. I lost the confidence that one day I could experience eating without stress.
Now what changed for me is that I can better understand my body and know when it needs food or something else.
My biggest takeaway from our work together has been that I am worth it to create time to care for myself every single day. I am proud that I could analyze my feelings without judging it in the sessions and later on also in daily life.
