In short:

With this methodology, you are guided through a profound exploration of your inner world to understand the root causes of your struggles with food. By meeting your heart inhabitants, then engaging in dialogue with them, and integrating their insights, you can transform behavioral patterns that might limit you from fully embracing everyday joy. The goal is to embrace self-love and enhance your emotional well-being 

You will connect with the inner voices of your heart to access your inner wisdom, understand the core of your challenges, and be guided on your journey of self-compassion and shining your authentic light.

We utilize a combination of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) coaching, meditation, visualization, journaling, and conscious dance to facilitate this profound transformation. These tools help you create a loving connection with your authentic self and become it!
Both:
- providing the guidance and support needed to manage food cravings, gain control for binge-eating / emotional eating, recover from bulimia
- building self-care and self-growth routines to navigate your path towards authenticity and self-love.
