What is so special about it?

  • As a heart coach (NLP certified) who has overcome over 10 years of bulimia and emotional eating thanks to developing some habits to connect to my heart and facilitated over 100 heart led spaces, I will support you in stop overeating, getting back to eat in an intuitive way, nourishing your body by facilitating deeply personal program so that you establish the habits that work for you to connect to your heart being able to understand your needs and manage moments of food cravings 

    • It includes all my learnings, tools, and experiences that supported my personal healing journey

    • 12 online 1:1 sessions via Zoom, lasting 90 minutes each, scheduled weekly over a 3-month period, we will adapt them to your individual situation

    • Additional guidance for integration into daily life, incorporating tools like journaling, meditation, and conscious dance.

    • Available in English, Spanish or German
