    The best: We will experience it and take time to really do journaling! That is an important part because I understand that sometimes it's hard to make journaling a priority, so we will do it together so that little by little you establish your own routine. I want you to experience journaling as a tool for connecting to your heart, focused on your personal growth journey, with individual coaching input and guided journaling questions tailored to your needs.
